Ihre Aufgaben

  • Supporting management assistants with administrational work (visitor management, meeting roombooking, catering booking, creating distribution lists etc.)
  • Supporting management assistants and Communications business partners with ad hoc requests for conference, event, meeting arrangements (e.g. ordering marketing material)
  • PoC for office management requests for the Technology staff and colleagues from other sites
  • (visitor management, meeting room booking, etc.)
  • Collecting information for briefings on demand
  • Ensuring that relevant existing standard tools and templates are in place
  • Taking care that technical equipment in meeting rooms is working and collaborate with the respective Support departments
  • Operating internal tools (e.g. purchases, travel management)
  • Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Head of Operations for Technology Department contentwise
  • Responsibility for own projects

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Sekretariat/Assistenz
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
