Ihre Aufgaben

  • Conduction of in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation
  • Producing documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer
  • Definiton and developing the required specification documents and reviewing with stakeholders and product team members
  • Monitoring external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements
  • Act as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product
  • Dfevelopment and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered

Ihr Profil

  • Master in Computer Science or Business Informatics 
  • At least over 3 years of professional experience in IT and project management 
  • Business fluent in English
  • Additonal language skills advantageous (German, French, Spanish)
  • Good knowledge of the IT landscape is required
  • Good knowledge in Atlassian tools and web technologies in general is required
  • Excellent communication skills and a pro-active mind-set
