Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ensuring the coherence between Programmes and Procurement matters and as such define andagree the appropriate procurement approach
  • Organisation of the tender evaluation and supplier selection/negotiation process according tosourcing strategies and project constraints overall for the project
  • Coordination of the Supply Management functions supporting the proposal (Procurement ContractManagement, Commodity Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management, SupplierDevelopment Management)
  • Ensuring that procurement processes are correctly and consistently applied
  • Preparing & submission of a cost brochure detailing Supply Management commitments (productsprices plus procurement effort)
  • Within a Product Line / Project (when appointed to):
    • Acting as focal point towards the product line / project for all products procurement / purchase matters
    • Accounting for delivery of products and related documentation and services
    • Coordination the Supply Management functions (Commodity Management, Supply Chain and Quality Management, Supplier Development Management) involved in this process
    • Be the project preferred interface to organisation
  • Ensuring that purchasing processes are correctly and consistently applied
  • Facilitating the exchange of information and lessons learnt between projects
  • Issuing a Supply Management consolidated reporting towards Project / Product Line (hardware cost, TCO including non quality cost, OQ / OT metrics, issues, risks opportunities)

Ihr Profil

  • IT-Systemelektronik/-in or IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau Techinker/Fachwirt
  • Bachelor in informatics, business informatics or suppyl chain / logistics
  • At least 2 years professional experience in purchasing, IT
  • Experience with SAP/R3 and SAP MM is required
  • MS-Office - min. knowledge of detailed functions
  • At least business fluent English
  • German or French would be a plus
